Ordered four pair of Men's 9.7oz sweat pants size Large. The sizing is,more like a 3XXL and the length is for Andre The Giant.Are you kidding me,Hanes never again will I order from them.Waiting on a return label through U.S. mail to get a refund.Why would the sizing be like this,probably labeled wrong, and nobody cares to check.

Every item I ordered was canceled. Website said in stocks, charged my credit card, then received an email stating all items I ordered are out of stock. Just went to website and they still show up as available. I will never order from them again

Such a poor website, several attempts to checkout but kept bouncing back to reCAPTCHA page. Attempted from my deshtop computer and my IOS phone bothe failed. Payment method was good.
I just gave up and made same purchase on Amazon.

I BOUGHT A PAIR OF THE NEW "LIGHT ABSORBANCY" UNDERWEAR FOR WOMAN FROM WALMART, BOTH PAIRS FELL APART ON THE FIRST USE! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! JUNK! THEY ACTUALLY FELL APART ON MY BODY AT WORK!

I bought 2 packages of underwear at Walmart half of them where messed up the crotch area not lining up. I thought to my you bought them from Walmart maybe they are irregular. So a couple months ago I brought 2 more packages again at Kohl's the same thing the seams on the hips are way off not even close in the crotch area. I am done buy these high priced low quality products. So tired of wasting money and time.

I've worn Hanes underwear for years, but will be changing brands if these stupid (and verging on obscene) commercials continue!

If there was a minus star...I would use that one...Hanes WAS a good name at one time..years ago....now it is garbage..Bought new and washed once..the waistband binding unraveled..and the same for then on with the entire package..This is not disposal under ware..Tried to get the with customer service..a nightmare..and the people working there the worse..How can they justify selling garbage..Never ever buy HANES again..NEVER!!!!

I am astounded at the low quality of the "light tee shirts" I recently purchased (July 2022). I have worn Hanes light tees for DECADES, and now their cotton is like emery paper, rough, course, heavy; utterly uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

Spent $244.86 while vacationing in Virginia, returned home, opened and tried the various products and the quality was awful. Went to local store (Ellenton, FL), where they REFUSED to refund. Attempted contact with the store manager to no avail, attempted national customer service with no response, called corporate and even the executive office and left 3 voice messages on different dates and times, approximately 1-2 weeks apart. All efforts fell on deaf ears. Disgusted customer.

I used to love Hanes underwear I have worn Hanes for over 30 years. Sadly their new underwear is so low quality and cheap feeling. The elastic waist band part is much thinner so very painful on my waist now compared to my older Hanes underwear I still own to compare. Fabric is much cheaper quality, rough and scratchy on skin. Very disappointed in Hanes I have worn only their underwear for almost my whole life and now I need to find a new brand sadly unless they change
